By developing standardized processes and high-performance tools, we ensure every department has an AI stack that deeply understands our unique business context, brand identity, and long-term goals while enhancing both our productivity and our creative output.

### The Tools You'll Need

The following Claude applications form the foundation of AI use at The Mailworks. We request that every team member uses these standardized tools to ensure our work remains unified and aligned with our vision.

**1. Claude Desktop App**\
Our core intelligent workspace for executing workflows and solving problems across every department.

* **Action:** For the best experience please [Download the Claude Desktop App](https://claude.com/download)
* **Sign In:** Use your **@themailworks.com** email address and select the **Continue with Google** option to authenticate.
* **Note:** While you can always access the web version at [Claude.ai](https://claude.ai), we recommend using the desktop app.

**2. Claude Cowork**\
A specialized workspace for executing multi-step automations on your computer.

* **Action:** Access Cowork via the tab navigation at the top of the desktop app to create one-off tasks or recurring automations on a schedule.
* **Scheduled Tasks:** You can schedule Claude to run tasks and complete automated workflows directly on your computer. Make sure the "Keep Awake" toggle is ON. This ensures your computer doesn't go to sleep while Claude is trying to work.
* **Note:** Cowork projects and automations exist on your local machine only. They do not transfer from computer to computer or from the desktop app to the web version. In the near future you will be able to message Claude remotely in the mobile app and have it execute automations on your local computer.

**3. Claude Code (For Developers)**\
An agentic tool designed for engineering and technical workflows, accessible via the command line or directly within the desktop app.

* **Action:** Run the following command to install the CLI:

* **Note:** You can also access Claude Code features directly within the desktop app if you prefer a more visual experience.

**4. Claude Browser Extension**\
A tool to bring the power of Claude directly into your web workflow to help you work faster across any website you use.
